We are BRC certified and support Kosher, Organic, and Non-GMO Project Verified programs for the products we produce. Milling (Grain → Flour)

As a milling partner, we work directly with U.S. growers (Link to farmers page) to secure wheat at the source. That farm-level partnership lets us control quality and availability of one of the most important inputs in baking and mixes: wheat flour.

What we do
